Our clients’ time is valuable, and we are equally committed to respecting the time of our providers and healthcare team. To maintain the highest level of service and appointment availability, all scheduled appointments require a non-refundable deposit.

What to Know

Policy Details

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows will forfeit the appointment deposit.

This policy allows us to accommodate other clients awaiting appointments and ensures fairness and respect for everyone’s time.

Appointment Confirmation

Submitting an inquiry form or consultation request does not guarantee an appointment.

Appointments are considered confirmed only after review by our healthcare team, receipt of any required deposit, and confirmation from GLOTOX Medical Boutique.

Virtual & Concierge Services

Telehealth, virtual consultations, and concierge services are cash-based and require payment prior to appointment confirmation.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to the cancellation policy at the discretion of the provider and staff.

Medical Emergencies

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or proceed to the nearest emergency department.
